All tumblers and stainless steel inventory are handmade by us and are custom made to order unless we have already pre-made them. We do our best to match the exact order if an inspirational photo is sent. Process pictures are sent to all customers before each step including – before vinyl, after vinyl and before we apply the final layer of epoxy to confirm any changes, imperfections, etc. Once we get customer approval, we will move onto the next step and no changes will be able to be made. Please let us know immediately if something needs to be changed before the final step. Unfortunately once they are done, no changes can be made.

Epoxied stainless steel is not dishwasher safe, hand wash only and should not be exposed to extreme heat or left outside in the warm weather for long periods of time. All orders come with instructions on how to take care of your order!

Due to all items being handmade, small bubbles in the vinyl, glitter specs, certain colors and mixing are part of the process, considered normal and not a defect. Depending on the curvature‘s of certain cups, some vinyl may appear crooked (I can assure It’s not and we will work with you on finding the perfect cup for your design of choice, business logo, etc.) it also not considered a defect. No 2 cups will be the same! If this may be an issue for you, then handmade items may not be for you!
